Your submission is currently many times larger than the typical submission,
and would be too large for many people to download. It is likely that
parts of it can easily be converted into more efficient formats with no
loss of content. Your submission will then be easier for everyone to download,
and accessible to additional readers who would perhaps have been unable
to cope with a larger submission.

As a consideration to potential readers, the submission has been deferred
to give you a chance to re-examine any large files for network efficiency.
If the size of your submission is dominated by unnecessarily huge figures
please work on them so that they compress better and are easier to download.
Once you have done this, you may attempt to 'put' your submission again.

Most oversized figures can easily be shrunk, either by conversion to gif or
jpeg formats, or by creating an efficient bitmapped PostScript file.
Do no simply resubmit without your figures or other graphics, since
that would do a disservice both to you and to your readers.

You should read the information available via WWW at,
   http://arXiv.org/help/sizes
   http://arXiv.org/help/bitmap

or by email, by sending a message

  To: arch-ive@arXiv.org (replace `arch-ive' with your archive, e.g. hep-ph)
  Subject: get sizes.txt

in order to learn about making compact figures which are easier to download.

You should be able to reduce the size of each figure to under 50kB (gzip
compressed). If you cannot get the size below this you are probably doing
something wrong (e.g. using an inappropriate format or unnecessarily high
resolution). Virtually all figures we have encountered can be compressed to
less than 50kB per figure without significant loss of quality.

Please note that simply compressing your submission will have no effect
on our determination of its size. We compress everything (using gzip)
so whether you compress it or not affects only your upload time.

If you still have trouble with the size of your submission, you can send
e-mail to www-admin@arXiv.org asking for guidance. It is not necessary to
bombard us with additional email copies of your files, thank you very much,
since we cache all rejected submissions.

(If this is because you are submitting a long review, thesis, dissertation
or series of lecture notes, AND you feel you have done everything reasonable
to create an efficient submission, then please contact www-admin@arXiv.org
for special dispensation.)
